Is There Any Way to Jump Higher?(Ocarina)

I've been replaying oracle of Time, and I'm having problems reaching the Gold skulltulas in jabu-jabu's belly.

All help appreciated.

Oracle of time? Never heard about that game.
You mean Ocarina of time?
Well get the boomerang from that fish level and
with that you should be able to reach all skulltulas as small link.
There is no way to jump higher than backflip jump.
