Double clawshots are confirmed.

I'd like to see some sort of magic rod like the ones from ALttP. Not the Dominion Rod.

The hookshot wont be in it, but we will obtain the double clawshot. And Id prefer the boomerang over this beetle thing, oh well.

I'm sorry to tell you that the Hookshot is not in the game.

But I'm thrilled to tell you that the Double Clawshots are in the game!

As far as what items I want, I really wanted to see the Boomerang in Skyward Sword, but I'm guessing the Beetle is a good replacement for it.

Well, what I'd really like to see is the game having more magical items make a return. I really loved the medallions in LttP as well as the other spells from OoT. But seeing how Zelda unfortunately becomes more and more modern, this won't happen. The newer artworks even show conveyor belts and billboards in a dungeon :S I really don't like that direction.

He's talking about the ones that did those insane magic attacks. The medallions in Skyward Sword just do things like prolong potion effects.
