To tell you the truth, I never knew of outies' existence until I was like- 13- no joke.
Everybody I ever knew were all inward-belly buttons.

I think I heard about them on TV, to be perfectly honest... =P

I thought all mammals- (born from mother/not including platypus) -have a belly button.... (Wolves included)

Though with fur-covered animals it's really hard to tell
