If you were the sidekick to a Zelda character, who would you be the sidekick to (can’t add Link)?

So, let’s just say you were in a Zelda game, and you were the sidekick or best friend to a Zelda character. Who would you be with? Link can’t be an option because I think it would be more interesting to do someone other than him. It also has to be a hero or a character that isn’t a villain. I would like to be best friends with Linebeck because I would like to travel the sea on his ship, and he’s just a generally cool and very funny and entertaining character.
