Human (?) races in Hyrule

While I'm definitely a fan of wild speculation, there is actual evidence. If not outright proof that Sheikah and Hylians are at least at times considered human in Zelda canon. Also, there's more proof that the Maku Tree from Oracle of Ages mates with humans than there is for Zora doing the same considering princess ruto "engaged" Link as a child before she realized that ain't how it works yet the Maku Tree is still totally down to clown after 400 years.

Setting aside the humanity of humanoid races, I guess I'm wondering if there are any other instances of humans (canon) in Zelda.
