I like scrambled eggs. I use four eggs when I make them. They're good on rye bread as a sandwich. I like to add salt and pepper to them while they're cooking, as soon as the yolk goes into the pan.

I like them in my miso soup (yes, I am a healthy Japanese boy) and half-done. I like them half-done so that when I split them open, my miso soup is flavoured with the yolk (Japanese have tolerance to eating eggs raw, fact).
I have like 6 eggs a day for protein, so I always look for new ways to cook eggs because they can get pretty boring after a while. Scrambled is definitely my favourite though, you can mix it with anything and it's quick and simple.
