Breath of the Wild Help with the Divine Beast in Zora Devine

I am trying to figure out how to destroy the blocks. I can’t get the camera set up so I can see them coming.
Grrr
Is it best to shoot them with arrows.

I cant get the mark on them fast enough.
The Prince thinks I can’t do nothing. Lol
