Help me get Too Much Tingle Pack

Can someone please help me get this dsiware title? I've tried my hardest and cannot find it! If anyone has it on their DSi, I am willing to buy it from them!

@DARK MASTER owns the game, but I don't think he's willing to sell it. Maybe he can tell you where he bought it, though.

Well it was only available on the Japanese DSi shop, which is now shut down. So the only way I can think of to get it would be buying a used Japanese DSi with it installed.
