Twilight Princess Help Finding Chests Around Hyrule

I want to get every single thing in this game, and for that I need your help. The only thing I may be missing in the game are some chests that are found outside the dungeons; I may have them all, but I'm not sure. So, could you please tell me any chest you remeber?? Any chest that is found outside the dungeins, from Ordon village all the way to Zora's Domain. Big or small, doesn't matter, I just want to have them all. Thanks!

there's a heart-container in a cave outside the castle, where you will need the ball and chain to break the ice berrier. there's another one in the mountain side near the bridge of elden. i think you need the double clawshot. im sorry thats all i remember, its been a while. you should definitely go check out Calebs walkthrough over at ZD's youtube site
