I suppose if I could decide the hight of my partner myself, I'd prefer her to be shorter than me, however it isn't at all a deciding factor for me in picking my partner. If she's a bit shorter than me that's just a little bonus I guess.
When my girlfriend and I fell in love with each other, we didn't know the height of the other. It wasn't until after we'd become a couple that we found out that she is indeed shorter than me. What's funny though is that although we knew she was shorter than me and I was taller than her, for some reason we both expected the other to be closer in height to ourselves. So when we met up in person for the first time we were both actually positively surprised to see that the gap in our heights was bigger than we'd expected. I stand tall at 6' and my girlfriend is about 8 inchest shorter than me (interestingly enough she happens to be the same height as my mother lol).

My mother is about 5'4 and my father is about 6'4. They've been together for 22 years. ^^
My dad is supposed to have been 5'5, mom 5'4. I'm 6', got lucky. Hope my son gets lucky too.

My ex was a bit shorter than me. People never noticed it because the difference wasn't that much. I'm 5,10' and I do like it when a guy is a bit taller than I am. But I don't care about how much taller. My mom was around 5,7' and my dad was 6'4'.

My mom is 5'2" and my dad 5'8". I'm 5'3". I already have to get on chairs to reach things, God forbid trying to kiss another person.
Update, I found out that I'm actually 5'3. I'm 5'5 if I have my shoes on... Finding taller women REALLY won't be an issue

I'm 6'5", and from my experience I have not met many women that out stand me. Which isn't a matter anyways because I prefer women who are much shorter than me.
Not entirely sure where the preference originates from, but women who are generally MUCH shorter than me are preferred, although I would obviously date a woman my height if I was into them.
