Breath of the Wild Happy Birthday, Breath of the Wild!

wow, that means I spent more time playing sword in 3 months than I have playing botw in 3 years
I'm hoping for more mainstream content in the future, but I'll settle for having the amount of content that sword/shield has

I think this game is good, but it has some issues and I'm not sure it would be in my top 5 Zeldas, but it's a contender. I think the world is the best of any Zelda game, but the dungeons/bosses are really bland and the story/characters aren't very interesting.

Brother managed to get the game on launch day but I didn't get to play it until the month after due to working away from home.
When I finally did get to play it I pretty much didn't move from the sofa for 30 hours as it was just such an unbelievably addictive phenomenal game and after waiting for it for so long was supremely satisfying.

After 3 years the game still is amazing, in terms of content; gameplay; soundtrack; exploration and above all the fact that fans are still talking and making content about it so frequently. Not to mention that it's getting a bona fide sequel, something only the original, Ocarina of time & Wind Waker managed to do (I know there are technically others but i'm thinking about games that share the same Link) which speaks volumes about it's popularity.
