Hee hee hee! It is I, the czar of Halloween! I am very impressed with you, my subjects! Your submissions have all been wonderful! It is my pleasure to now bring you the voting round of this competition. Please make one post in this thread stating the name of the member you wish to vote for. You cannot vote for yourself, and you may only vote for one person. I expect my subjects to be good pumpkins who don't need to be told this. Voting will run from October 15th - 30th 11:59 PM EST. Results will be posted on the 31st. Good luck, my subjects!

1st place - 1000 rupees + award for your postbit
2nd place - 500 rupees
3rd place - 250 rupees
