Grotesque enemies

I can name quite a few from the Castlevania series. You already mentioned the boss from SotN that looks like a rotting corpse. I forgot about that boss but it definitely takes the cake for one of the grossest things I have seen in a video game.

But another one that comes to mind is Legion, which appears quite a few times. There is also a form Dracula takes in Castlevania III which is a mass of heads oozing some kind of fluid.

One Zelda example that comes to my mind is the Giant eyeball in Majora's Mask that is surrounded by bubbles.
