Ganon is the beast form that Ganondorf, the Gerudo man ('human'), transforms into.

Depending on the game, generally that is the case, but in older titles, those before OoT, it was only Ganon the beast, and he did not have a human shape.
Nowadays, Ganon is generally seen to be the true form of the man Ganondorf, who was twisted by the dark realm, or transforms with his dark magic.

In some titles however, the name is used interchangeably. In the Wind Waker, all of the people in the game refer to him as 'Ganon', not Ganondorf despite him being in human form the entire game. He himself, however, introduces himself to Link as Ganondorf, not Ganon.
Currently in the series, Ganon and Ganondorf are the same entity and are interchangeable, but generally Ganon is only used when referring to his beastly boar form.

Any other questions that are not clear I will be happy to try and answer.

well people believe one of many things on is that there are multiple ganon's/ganondorf's othewrs belive that ther is only one . If you believe the scened theory then yes they are the same. If you don't they could be different. or they could be the same it all depends on what theory you believe.

There are two people of these names: Ganondorf and Ganon
Ganondorf is the Gerudo King in OoT, WW, TP who has a Beast Form called Ganon

Ganon was originally named Ganondorf Dragmire before he became the King of Darkness. He appears in FSA, ALttP, LoZ. he is Ganondorf reincarnated most likely in the same fashion as Link

It necessarily isn't that Ganondorf is reincarnated, but rather the same Ganondorf is the games that he appears in.

There are no separate Ganons. It's the same Ganon/Ganondorf throughout the entire series.

Ganondorf was originally Demise. Demise is reincarnated in many games as Ganondorf.

Ganondorf is a Gerudo, not a pig. However, as shown in both Twilight Princess and Ocarina of Time, Ganondorf has a beast form, like Wolf Link, that he reverts into when the Triforce of Power forces him to, or, in TP, when he elects to use the form to use his full power. Like how the Triforce of Courage can activate to give Link a beast form, it does the same for Ganondorf. I believe that the trigger for this is a powerful aura of evil that would kill any lesser creature; Ganondorf already has this aura within, while Link needs to be exposed to Twilight for this change to take place.

Ganon and Ganondorf are the same person. Ganondorf is referred to as Ganondorf when he's in his Hylian/Gerudo/human form. He's referred to as Ganon when he's in his beast form.
