ok would you use flyin cars then?!?! or like proper hover pods??I mean, sure... but how is it a major future tech if its been around for centuries...................
how about flying cars instead
that's a classic
I'd avoid flying cars due to the inherent danger. If a ground-based car experiences a minor technical failure then it ends with the car on the side of the road. A flying car experiencing a mechanical failure could mean a fast and intimate meeting with the ground.ok would you use flyin cars then?!?! or like proper hover pods??
And imagine accidents in the sky like collisions.. people on the ground can’t drive well and we expect them to fly well? Then there is new traffic laws, learning to think.. that you are driving up, down, not just forward and back and at angles. Sounds maddening.I'd avoid flying cars due to the inherent danger. Yeah teleportation like in Star Trek is freaky, I’d be like ensign who always uses shuttles in Next Gen.I don't trust teleportation but I generally like to embrace newer technologies. I am a regular user of AI now and I embraced VR.
The problem with a lot of new tech is it is expensive and usually better cheaper stuff comes out later. Those who rushed to buy the HD TVs a couple of years later had inferior screens to those who waited and also got it for a lower price.
Hoshi in enterprise had a bad experience when she used the transporter.....Yeah teleportation like in Star Trek is freaky, I’d be like ensign who always uses shuttles in Next Gen.
