General Classic Fishing Hole?

I can't get the biggest fish in the future! so i can't get the last Heart Peice in the Game at the Lakeside Laboratory! HELP!

The largest fish is found in one spot near the submerged log. Cast your line to the fish, reel it in, and bingo.

I do that but he stares at the hook and leaves!

Dance the lure around a little with B. In my experience, the best time to dance it is right before he loses interest.
