Mine would have to be Ocarina of Time followed by Final Fantasy X.

Oh god, I haven't played as much games as I would like but I'm still one of those "can't decide" people who's top 5/top 10 might be completely different the next week. My top 10 is kinda random but w/e:
10.) Super Mario Galaxy 2
9.) Metroid Prime
8.) Earthbound
7.) Metal Gear Solid 2
6.) Bully
5.) Asking me to decide between Kingdom Hearts I and II is like asking me to decide between chocolate and vanilla. Can't be done. So I shove them together.
4.) Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door
3.) LoZ: Wind Waker
2.) Shadow of the Colossus
1.) Pokemon Diamond - which I put here only for the fact that when I last checked my game save, I saw I had almost 300 hours put into it. Obviously I must have enjoyed it more than I thought. If I could omit Diamond I think Bioshock would fit here nicely.

Just played Uncharted 3, this game is now in my top three favorite games of all time, could evan be number one. It's better the U2 in every aspect, and it just blew me away
