EDIT: I only put Pokemon Black/White as my favorite DS game because I forgot about Final Fantasy IV DS. Also, I like Final Fantasy IV.

Well, I'm assuming that you just mean exclusives, so...

NES: Super Mario Bros 3
SNES: Secret of Mana/Final Fantasy XI
Genesis: Sonic 2
PS1: Final Fantasy IX
N64: Super Smash Bros/The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask
Dreamcast: Crazy Taxi
PC: Civilization IV/The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind
Xbox: Halo/Fable
PS2: Final Fantasy X
GameCube: Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker/Super Mario Sunshine
Wii: Xenoblade Chronicles/Sin and Punishment 2
PS3: Fat Princess
Xbox 360: Lost Odyssey
GB: The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening
GBC: Pokemon Gold/Silver
GBA: Pokemon Emerald/Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town
DS: The World Ends With You/Super Scribblenauts
PSP: Prinny: Can I Really Be the Hero

Those would be all of the consoles that I have played to any real extent. Those are only exclusives, mind you. There are plenty of multi-platform games that I really enjoyed. For some consoles, I couldn't pick just one, so at most I have two.

My gaming experience has been quite limited, but I enjoy trying new titles when I can. Also it's something of a policy that the games at least look interesting first; otherwise I'm not prone to get into it right off, and will stop right where I am and simply turn off the system or back away so that someone else can play it. I don't follow through with that often, thankfully, because I most titles were interesting. But these are my favorites for each system:

NES: Legend of Zelda
SNES: Super Mario World
SEGA Genesis: Sonic the Hedgehog 1 or 2 (Can't remember :bleh:)
Nintendo 64: Majora's Mask
PS1: Spyro the Dragon
Xbox: Halo 1
Gamecube: Twilight Princess
PS2: The Legend of Spyro Trilogy (Entire story felt like one ongoing game)
Wii: Skyward Sword
