Wow... I haven't watched enough superhero movies to have a list as large as yours, but I have some favorites.

Superheroes:

1. Captain America
2. Thor
3. Wolverine
4. Storm
5. Iron Man

Villains:

1. Magneto
2. Loki
3. Joker (I don't really care for Batman, but I find the Joker really interesting.)

Eehhh... That's all I can think of. Like I said before, I haven't seen a lot of Superhero movies.

I figured Itachi doesn't count. =p

I like heros, but not "superheroes"

My favorite heros are Sonic and Friends, Tales of Vesperia characters, Naruto, and I am feeling there is too many to list so this ends here.

Though now that I think of it I do actually like some versions of batman and the joker.

Superheroes
1. Painkiller Jane
2. Jenny Sparks
3. Deadpool
4. Black Cat
5. Thor

Batman just goes without saying don't he?

Villains
1. Harley Quinn
2. Cat Woman
3. The joker
4. Poison Ivy
5. Carnage

Joker... yup, going without saying.

Superhero
Batman

The Caped Crusader is endearing for a singular reason. No Superpowers. Bruce Wayne as The Batman is a man, no more or less, but with extraordinary skills. He is a mere man who built himself up to be a powerhouse of talent and intellect. His powers weren't granted to him, he had to work hard to earn them, and he fully embraces them. The psychological nuances behind his character, his personal fears and how he deals with them and the tragedy that motivates him are fascinating. I love how it is difficult to see where Bruce Wayne ends and Batman begins (no pun :P). His "no kill" rule is his biggest strength, even more powerful than his tactic of playing on the fears of crooks and criminals while maintaining his status as a symbol for Gotham City, whatever that symbol may be.

Villain
The Joker
The greatest thing about Joker? He is an enigma. A complete mystery. Who is he? What's his story? What's his point? Are there even answers to these questions? He is a direct result of The Batman. The equal and opposite reaction to Batman's force. Joker's unhealthy fascination with the Dark Knight is one of the most compelling and awkward hero/villain archenemy relationships in fiction. As far as anyone knows, the Joker is simply bent on terror and destruction because he finds it amusing. That in and of itself is terrifying. Besides, he's a psychotic clown who kills people with party tricks.
