I really like the smell of leather; I have a wooden chest at the foot of my bed where I keep my leather armour that I use for medieval LARPing. Every time I open the chest I get that indescribably awesome smell, I like to say this is what courage smells like.

Is saying cooking/baking a copout? I love the sweet smells of baking. And with cooking, one thing I really like is the smell of mirepoix (specifically the onions and celery).

I gotta say Korean BBQ like Jimmu said. It's the best smell in the world, IMO. Ofc, I'm almost nose blind most of the year so I can't really smell anything but strong smells in fall, winter, and early to mid-spring.

Anyways, I'd have to go with the scent of fresh toast, as I've had it so much for breakfast and it's very nice.
BBQs also smell nice.
