The following is a quote from a comic I found on Deviantart by the user alexiuss
"I hate you so much right now"
"Good, bottle it up. Someday you'll spontaneously combust for my amusement."

And a few quotes from my favorite philosopher in history, Voltaire:

"It is dangerous to be right in matters where established men are wrong."

"A witty saying proves nothing."

From Candide (by Voltaire):
"Optimism," said Cacambo, "what is that?"
"Alas!" replied Candide, "it is the obstinacy of maintaining that everything is best when it is worst."

"Humankind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain, something of equal value must be lost. That is alchemy's First Law of Equivalent Exchange. In those days, we really believed that to be the world's one, and only, truth." -Alphonse Elric

Probably one of the most inspiring quotes by anyone:
"Zelda is a game that values reality over realism. In the art world, realism is a movement which faithfully replicates the real world to whatever extent possible. Reality, though, is not mimicking the real world. The big difference is that even using more exaggerated expressions can be an effect means of making things feel more real." -Aonuma on Miyamoto's Philosophy of Zelda.

Another one I really like:
"Cliches become cliches because there is some truth to them, and they art oft repeated and proven correct." - (I forget)

"A person who is free from delusion ( who understands things as they are), who has good qualities, who has good thoughts, speech and deeds, and who avoids violence of the body, speach and mind, enjoys freedom like a bird, while living on this earth."
-Ko thari, Saroj

And one of my all-time favorites:
"Neither a lofty degree of intelligence nor imagination nor both together go to the making of a genious. Love, love, that is the soul of a genious." -
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart

A boy's will is the wind's will, And the thoughts of youth are long, long thoughts. - Longfellow My Lost Youth

I also like the saying ignorance is bliss, by feigning ignorance you can get out of a lot of situations that perhaps you didn't want to be in in the first place =)

Something I say on a regular basis would be...
"big ups"
"that's wicked"
"aim for the brain!" (COD Zombies)

I've heard something similar, and for some reason am trying to attribute one sentiment to Maya Angelou. I failed in my google to find out if that was accurate, but I found another by Jack Kerouac: "Cliches are truisms and all truisms are true." Not sure the context.

One of my favorite quotes is from Memoirs of a Geisha, a very quotable book, but the ending is just perfect for it:

"As a young girl I believed my life would never have been a struggle if Mr. Tanaka hadn't torn me away from my tipsy house. But now I know that our world is no more permanent than a wave rising on the ocean. Whatever our struggles and triumphs, however we may suffer them, all to soon they bleed into a wash, just like watery ink on paper."
