Favorite Moments in Gaming

You know those moments that'll just make your jaw drop? What are your favorites. My favorite would have to be all of the cutscenes after Goku turns Super Saiyan in the Frieza Saga of Dragon Ball Z Budokai. Goku just seems so angry in those cutscenes and it really left a lasting impression, seeing how I hated that game.

The very first time I maxed out Crysis, for me.

Since, when Crysis came out, there just wasn't anything out there that could run it. I remember buying it and playing on low settings across the board. Fast-forward about 3/4 years and I suddenly have a powerful enough computer to attempt to max it out and just wow; it looked absolutely stunning. Even though it was made back in 2007, Crysis to this day still rivals stuff like Battlefield 3 and Witcher 3 on how it looks, it's pretty incredible what Crytek achieved back then. It's a shame they're not like that anymore, but, shall always respect them for really pushing the boat out on that one and just going wild. It's a shame modern budgets have made doing a 'Crysis' a potential finance apocalypse and no one wants to try that anymore, Crytek included. But, I hope more devs will step-up and just push the boundaries of what's possible one day.

when Crow dies

is for me one of the best moments in storytelling that I've encountered in gaming. It's one of my favourite cutscenes in the game.

In Leisure Suit Larry: Magna *** Laude when you finally get to have sex with the band chick is absolutely hilarious.

In Trauma Center: Second Opinion when you discover who the creator of GUILT is - I did not see that one coming at all!

Getting beat into the ground by my uncle in Street Fighter II.
Playing as Link for the first time in Soul Calibur II.
Playing as Amy for the first time in Soul Calibur III.
Beating CotS with my lv34 Ninja.
All of Earthworm Jim 3D.
Frogger for PC.
Playing Guild Wars, Factions, NF, and EotN for the first time.
Getting a JubJub in Neopets (vanilla design).
Seeing the Guild Wars 2 login screen (omg super epic ya dig).
Watching my dad absolutely rape Diablo in DiabloII Hell difficulty.
Watching my dad get owned by the camping Cow King in D2.
My first match of Call of Duty Black Ops.

Yeah the opera scene was my favorite moment in the game. Such a beautiful song.

The scene in SS was one I liked too. I liked how Link actually showed emotion, something that he didn't do much, if at all, in Twilight Princess.

Kotor, the ending, we all know what thats about, if you dont' know I won't ruin it for you, but there is no way by now to not know it.
Super Mario World, when you beat Star Road Special Zone, and the entire game changes textures to autumn.
Echo the Dolphin, when wait, wtf? Aliens and Laser Beams? (like literally from the movie Aliens)

Ocarina of Time when you travel to the future of the first time, sure I was aware there was time travel in the game before I played it, but I wasn't expecting that to happen when I pulled the sword.

Oh yeah that whole battle was great and especially challenging if you're taking a three heart challenge.

Another moment I just remembered a few minutes ago is from Legend of Mana. It's at the end of the Jumi Arc and it's when your character, the "silent" protagonist, actually speaks dialogue for the first and only time in the game.
