What's your favorite boss fight from each game you've played?
TLoZ-Ganon
AoL-Barba
ALttP-I can't really think of one, they're boring, but I guess I'll go with Arghus.
MC-The flying stingrays
TP-Stallord
SS-I don't have one yet
OoA-the shadow lady
OoS-the one where you play with the magnet gloves and giant ball
LADX-Façade
ALBW-the giant hand wallmaster was kinda neat
OoT-Bongo-Bongo
MM-Majora

Damn this is going to be hard, specially since there are a lots of bosses and i have played almost every Zelda, but lets see:

TLOZ: Gleeok. Intense battle but very rewarding when finished.

AOL: This game.. oh this game, i think i will go Barba too.

ALTTP: Ganon, simply epic.

LA: Evil Eagle.. very creative fight.

OOT: Morpha... always fun to beat.

MM: Majoras Mask but without fierce deity.

OOA:Ramrock. Hard and clever battle.

OOS: Onox and his transformation.

FS: Not much to pick... Vaati haha.

WW: Molgera, the soundtrack is epic, not much of a challenge tough.

FSA: Ganon... just like ALTTP.

MC: Gyorg Pair. Man, what a battle in the sky!

TP: Stallord definitely, i was in awe the first time i fought him.

PH: I will go for the Ghost Ship because finally something new to that game.

ST: Skeldrich because you needed to think your strategy, also the sand rod!

SS: The impriso... yeah right haha, Koloktos all the way!

ALBW: Gemesaur King, the effects of the battle just wow and it was really fun to fight.

MM3D: Twinmold, there was a huge huge change in the battle.

And that should be it, it was hard to decide haha.
