I'd have to say my 2 favorites are probably Daniel Day-Lewis and Leonardo DiCaprio. Also like Hugh Jackman, Tom Hanks, Paul Dano (who is absolutely underrated) and Christian Bale

I love many actors and actresses, but naming favourites for me is a difficult thing to do, because I mostly relate to actors in a different way than most. With some actors I love, I love them because of the characters they play, in which my favourites tend to be the ones playing the characters I am most obsessed with at any given moment. With others I love them because of the way they are as a person, and not necessarily because of their characters...

Hmm, I know this seems like a mixture of horrible timing and pandering to the current fad of worshiping him, but I'll say that Robin Williams is one of my favorite actors. I particularly enjoyed him in Good Will Hunting, but a close second would have to be his voice acting in Aladdin as the Genie. Those two are some of my favorite movies - Aladdin tying with Hercules as my favorite Disney movie - and he had a key part in me liking both of those movies.

This is one of the most powerful movie scenes I can think of off hand. It took me a few watches to really appreciate it, but few scenes really capture that kind of raw emotion.

Robin Williams was the first celebrity death that had an impact on me. I'll certainly miss seeing him in new movies.
