This appears to be a rather serious issue. You should contact Nintendo immediately and inform them of your circumstance, I'm sure this would jump to the top of their priorities. Of course, doing this may risk delaying the release of Skyward Sword, since this issue of utmost importance would surely take precedence over the release of the game.
