Nice reference! Now back to the Imprisoned, I think does have bad breath. If you look closely at the Imprisoned's teeth, you can see that they are a kind of dark greyish color. Also, The Imprisoned's lives in Faron Woods with only the environment as its food source, so I'm assuming that it has been eating the environment and having proper hygiene.
