Does anyone else do this?

Does anyone else use a finger other than their thumb(s) to hit the spacebar when they type? I use my right index finger.

I've known that I do this, and I've known that it is weird for a long time, but I don't really talk about it in the run of a normal day. Does anyone else here do this?

YES!

I never actually learned how to type properly. It was never really something I was interested it. I'm able to type really fast using two fingers, and as a result, I almost always hit the spacebar with my right index finger. Rarely my left, almost always my right, but always my index finger.

The only fingers I can type with are my two index finders, so yes.

I also only type with my index fingers, but I do use my thumb for the spacebar.

I type with my right index finger, and reserve my right thumb for the spacebar, my left pinkie for the left shift, and my three other fingers (excluding the thumb) on my left hand for the rest of the keys.

I'm actually a fairly fast typaer like this too

It depends mostly on what game I'm playing, in Minecraft i use WASD controls so it's easiest to jump. otherwise I use my right index finger.

I occasionally use my index finger, other than that I stick to my right thumb for pressing the space bar.
