Do You Reach the Daily Norm....

I try to eat healthy. Piece of fruit in my lunch box, yogurt, and entree/snacks. Lately tho I've been snacking like crazy after work and replacing breakfast with coffee. Coffee breakfast is a bad idea. =(

I know I need to work out more, and snack less. And drink more water. I do have a condition where weight loss is very very hard, but that can't be an excuse.

While I probably eat way more than this, I luckily have an awesome metabolism that keeps me thin. Which I'm happy about, though I am hungry often.

I'm bulking up now so I eat 4000-4500 calories a day, I always make sure i have hit my target before I go to bed. I will not grow huge unless I meet my target, so I am very strict.
I have breakfast, second breakfast, elevensies, luncheon, dinner and supper.
I don't eat any fruits really, only vegetables.
