Do You Play All The Pokemon Games?

I join in on the Pokemon conversation, but I don't actually play the series very much. I play Soul Silver sometimes (Although it annoys the crap out of me.) but Colosseum and XD are two of my favorite games. So, I was wondering, which Pokemon games do you and don't you play, main series and spin off?

I want to play HG and SS, and Pokemon Ranger Guardian Signs.

I want HG or SS because I was never able to play any 2nd Gen pokemon games. Pokemon Ranger, because the games are usually fun.

I've only played some of Red, Fire Red, and Soul Silver. I've played most of Ruby and I've barely played Pearl.

I want to play all the main games. I might play some of the spin-offs too.

I have and played the first two Pokémon Ranger games and I'm halfway through Almia Signs, It's hard though, since they are so storybased with endless speaches, that are so childish and cliché.

The Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series are my favorite, maybe even better than the regular :x
I love the story, plot twists, love- and hate-able characters and the way you explore the dungeons.
I haven't play Gates to Infinity and tbh I don't think it will be as good as the previous ones, but I just picked up a 3DS (Pikachu edition <3) so I will buy it eventually.

Pokémon Conquest was an interesting concept. I started playing and loved the gameplay immediately, the story not so much. But halfway through I got bored and quit, I will have to pick it up again soon.

I haven't played the Colosseum/XD or any other Pokémon games.

currently i only have firered & silver,beat firered & am actually still going through silver

though i did own yellow & colosseum a while back,but i was really not into pokemon as a kid and those games are long gone

In regards to the main series, I only tend to play a single game from every generation. I'm not the type to double-dip and get both Ruby and Sapphire, I usually just pick up one of them and leave it at that. So, for instance, I never played Blue, or Gold, or Sapphire, or Diamond. As for the third games which offer some new things, I'll usually skip over them too unless I find myself bored and feel like giving them another go, but I've only ever bought Emerald like that. I also played Liquid Crystal but that's another thing entirely.

As for spin-offs, I've never really touched them. I played Pokemon Snap on the N64, I loved that game, going back through levels and doing all these things for the chance to see 1 single Pokemon. Getting a picture of Mew without looking at any guides was a pinnacle moment me and my twin spent together. And the only other spin-off would be the two Colosseum games, which also were quite fun. Other than that, never touched any of them.

Not really, I wouldn't say I'm a huge fan of Pokemon, well I used to love the series, but I went off it five or so years ago.

So I would typically get one game out of the two that were released. I don't really see the advantage of spending the same amount on what essentially is the same game with a few minor changes. Don't get me wrong, I can see for completionist sake or if one is a huge fan, but that wasn't me. The games that I purchased were:

I've played every main series title but I hate the game so much. I was playing Black 2 at my cousin's place yesterday and just loathed the experience.

Hmmm, for me it'd have to be the following:

...and Colosseum and Pokemon Snap, of course.

My favourite by far would have to be Heart Gold though. Nothing beats a Pokemon game with 16 gym leaders and two runs at the Elite Four in my books.
