Yes, I did build the PC I'm currently using. Building your own computer gets you much better parts at a much lower price. I don't ever want to buy a pre-built. Plus, building a computer is a lot of fun.

Not exactly what you mean here. Tablets are a fun toy, but they won't be a desktop replacement any time in the near future or possibly ever. This is getting off topic though.

As of now, no, I'm working with an HP laptop. However, a long term project that I'm working on is building my first PC. Hopefully I'll have it done by summer time.

No, a friend built mine and then gave it to me when he upgraded last year.

Although, incidentally, I just recently helped my brother build his so I don't know if helping counts when you have someone telling you what to do.

I wish. I'm not very familiar with building computers, but all my skype buddies build computers all the time. If I'm correct, building a computer is far less expensive, and more often than not far more powerful?

This computer is about a year, maybe a year and a half old. We had the Graphics Card upgraded, but it's still just average. It can run Skyrim pretty well. I'll give this computer a year or so and then I'll go and custom build one myself.

I said yes because it was built by a friend and then rebuilt by my boyfriend who's built all of our computers. But I didn't do it myself :3
