Why wouldn't you just vote who you think is scum, you do think Ex is scum right, which is why you are voting him? Explain your reasoning, convince people he is scum, stick to it. Giving up and going for the next best thing seems to me like you are just voting opportunistically, and every vote on Ex, not just yours, feels like it was opportunistic.

@Viral Maze Looked back, you voted him because he voted Mikey yesterday. Ok that actually makes more sense than Uwu's vote on Ex.
You haven't played here in awhile, you probably think this looks terrible but it's understandable from Ex. Mikey is the kind of player who is so hard to read later in the game, so a miller claim early in the game could set him into a really easy spot to win. With that in mind, Ex's mindset, assuming he is town, makes sense. Killjoy is also a somewhat new player so he is hard to read, voting him yesterday was a really lucky hit but that was all.
If Ex was just scum and voted Mikey, the only reasoning I can think of is he wanted to try swinging the lynch onto Mikey to save Killjoy. I'd need to go back and look at the vote count to see if this was a possibility, if so than that's like the only scum motive I can see for the vote. Otherwise it'd be in scum's better interest to keep Mikey alive to sow confusion in the late game to direct a mislynch onto him instead of actual scum.
Ex's meta read of Mikey today seems contradictory to Ex's thoughts on D2, but it's accurate. Mikey doesn't bus scumbuds. Mikey isn't hard cleared, but he should be a solid town read to any experienced ZD player based on him voting Killjoy.
I also think if given an opportunity to bus, Ex would do it. I'd also speculate that Killjoy asked his scumbuds to bus him because I've played as scum with Killjoy before and he'd alway ask to be bussed so he could get out of the game, lol.

Ex voted Mikey before the end of day. Reki added a vote onto Mikey last minute which could have potentially caused a tie if Mikey got one more vote, but it was too little too late. Their logic was basically just eliminate a miller early.
So yeah, Ex's vote yesterday was maybe genuine and not some last minute attempt to try to save Killjoy, probably.

when we wolfed together they were constantly fretting over even the tiniest things and just interpreting like any small comment as our team being in huge trouble
so I tend to believe that yeah ex is scum and killed jinjo because jinjo probably made a vague comment about ex being scum, I think that's their MO to a T
but, like I've already said, doesn't matter
thread state just doesn't support chasing ex rn, try finding their partner first imo and let ex self resolve since that's happening always

Lol why? Why would Ex go after Jinjo of all players? I'd imagine Ex wanting to push a Minish kill before anyone else. One tiny post of Jinjo saying Ex could be scum is hardly enough for him to sweat, I'd like to think. If you think Ex suggested the Jinjo kill than are you thinking Ex and Min are scumbuds?
I'm unsure about a Viral lynch, but I'd still prefer it over Ex. I'll try to ISO some players I haven't given reads on before EoD to see it I can come up with a decent scum read.
It's true that he was freaking out in scum chat, but he tends to be pretty composed in-thread.

Yeah, Ex's reaction to the pressure earlier seemed really townie Ex imo. Not making a read soley on meta, but it helped me decide to town lean if not read him.
