Nope, never heard of them. I don't think they exist.
This is a fair enough assessment. The main gameplay mechanics (gunplay and hacking) are pretty much lifted from Deus Ex, stealing cars and driving are from GTA/Saints Row/etc., and looting guns and gear is taken from Destiny or Borderlands. It feels like a patchwork of various influences, but it's put together pretty seamlessly. And yeah, the gameplay loop is pretty standard openworld fare--not entirely what everyone had hyped it up to be, but it's a decent timesink.
'Course, that doesn't excuse the crap that CDPR's leadership pulled.
