Ocarina of Time Completionist Question

I want to 100% all the mains series Zelda games. For games like The Wind Waker and Skyward Sword i'm just going to 100% the game on Second Quest and Hero Mode. Now do you guys consider Master Quest another game entirely and I should 100% the game on the original and Master Quest or should I just 100% the game on Master Quest? I already 100% completed the game on the original version anyways but i'm just asking.

Just 100% the game on Master Quest. It isn't COMPLETELY different from OoT like Second Quest is to LoZ.

Master Quest doesn't change any content outside of the dungeons, so if you've already 100%ed the normal quest, you don't need to bother with 100%ing MQ. You're free to do so if you want to, but it's not a mandatory thing.

The only thing that changes is the Skulltula locations in the dungeon, but trust me, MS has the only Skulltulas worth bragging about.

I'd save the MQ for after the rest of the games, and if you have time.
