To he fair, most of the active playerbase here dislikes playing bastard games. Even I generally don't have as much fun with them, so it's understandable that not many people want to play. Honestly, I'm surprised as many people joined as they did. You might have to just go with what you've got. Expecting 13 people to join a bastard game is a bit of an unrealistic expectation.
