but from what i hear Anyone who does buys Capcom also gets their debt, wich is massive. so maby this is one of the reasons why Nintendo, Sony, or MS haven't jumped on it yet. is owning all of thouse IP worth the dept?

I just think whoever does get this mess will do better with than Capcomç current regime. At this point, you'd have to try and fail to perform worse than they did.
