We recently found out that the Demon Slayer: Mugen Train movie would be adapted in the first few episodes of Season 2 of Demon Slayer with the first episode aiming to flesh Rengoku out more.
We've already seen something similar before with the start of Dragon Ball Super adapting the Battle of Gods and Resurrection F movies.
What are your thoughts when anime do this?
I am not a fan of this approach as it feels redundant for the same content to exist across both movie and TV format. Movie animation quality is also always better than that found in TV anime so it seems like an even bigger waste.
