Cabbage vs Lettuce

Cabbage is more for heavy meals. At least in my country it is. Lettuce makes me feel like a rabbit.
"It's green and it lies on the beach. What could that be?
Answer: Lettuce on vacation.
It's brown and lies on the beach. What could that be?
Answer: The same lettuce but two weeks later."

I really like Lettuce but think cabbage is disgusting. I'll usually add lettuce to my burgers where I can as I think it is pretty good.

I love lettuce.

I can't really eat cabbage though because I have a condition but I know I am not overly fond of the taste.

Definitely lettuce, as I find it much more versatile than cabbage. Lettuce can easily be put in a sandwich, and it is the basis for many salads that I like. Cabbage is way more specialized; I eat it in a select few foods (cabbage rolls and spring rolls to name a couple), but I very rarely have those foods.
