*Frederick Kooploz entered his office in the Kooploz Enterprises HQ in a huff. Army followed him, in a hurry.*
Frederick Kooploz: "A better deal" ... who does he think he is!? Coming back from the dead and taking power like nothing happened! We literally just got done with an interdimensional war!
*Kooploz had become significantly more bitter ever since the Nightmare Fleet invaded. Now, he was no longer just an eccentric businessman, but a major political figure. This new responsibility was clearly taking its toll.*
"Army" D. Fender: Some WiiU-Haul lorries are bringing the contents of Castle Koopa here, Fred. They'll be here in twenty minutes or so, but you know how the roads are after the bombings...
Frederick Kooploz: Damn that Wart! He's not only killed millions of innocent people, he's inconvenienced my new feudal overlordship! Not that the highway system in the Kingdom was any good to begin with... whose bright idea was it to start a country in a Lethal Lava Land like this!?
"Army" D. Fender: Well, those Koopa shells are pretty resilient. I'll admit, even as a near-indestructible statue, I'm kinda jealous. Though, no offense, but you definitely need them due to your plethora of weaknesses...
Frederick Kooploz: No offense taken, Army, I'm a turtle and I know it. Speaking of shells... green always has been my color, but I'm thinking of changing to red. In the Koopa Kingdom, it's the symbol of both cowardice and cleverness, both of which is despised by our customs. But there are no rules anymore. Liberty prevails in all forms, and as long as I profit off of it in some way, I say my subjects can do whatever the hell they want.

Frederick Kooploz: Doug's holding down the IPCF and making sure it doesn't disintegrate now that this Mart stuff has happened, and Take's still in Sarasaland.
"Army" D. Fender: Last I heard, they're still camped outside the imperial gates. You don't think there was a scheduling mishap, do you?
Frederick Kooploz: If there was, we'll need to find out sooner rather than later. They've been there for months, and I don't trust Chaincaster or Middlethwomp in the slightest...
"Army" D. Fender: It is quite suspicious that they were the first to know of Ombonaparte's death... oh, Fred, if you're worried about any loyalty issues, just because I saw business potential in Plan E doesn't mean I supported Omb-
Frederick Kooploz: It's fine. With the EIUC, it seems Plan E has come to fruition anyway.
"Army" D. Fender: I gotta be honest, Fred, I'm concerned. If this IPCF stuff goes wrong, which given the Mart crisis and the formation of the Interrelation seems very likely, Interpol will hunt you down and bring you to justice over that charity business...
Frederick Kooploz: You are right, Army. My diplomatic immunity is wearing thin. Diplomatic immunity, that's such an IFPC card...
"Army" D. Fender: So what will we do?
Frederick Kooploz: Ride the wave. We'll handle Mart, and we'll handle the Interrelation, and we'll maintain our popularity, and we shan't have to worry about keeping hold of our position.
"Army" D. Fender: Popularity... I never thought I'd hear that word in reference to us.

*Doug checked his watch. He then looked up and saw the Mart Express arriving.*
Doug Moblinn: Such punctuality...
*Exiting the Mart Express are Emperor Mart, Ted Thiefighter, King Guardia XXXIII, and the Chancellor of Guardia.*
Mart: I told you, fellas, finest ride in the galaxy!
*The smell of various illicit substances can be detected from the ship. King Guardia and the Chancellor both appear ill.*
King Guardia XXXIII: I certainly hope you mind neither our carpooling nor our compromise, Mr. Moblinn. While the IPCF Constitution insists on the heads of state being present for meetings, I myself hold no authority outside of mild shows of power within the castle walls.
Chancellor: Thus, Mart and His Majesty both brought along a guest...
Theodoric Thiefighter: I believe we've met, Mr. Moblinn... oh, sorry, Mr. Shinra was not available to attend.
Doug Moblinn: That's fine... I don't know if you have all heard, but I'm the Acting President of the IPCF at this moment. My client was just as unavailable as Mr. Shinra.
*Mart considers making a snide remark, but decides that anything he'd say would also be applicable to his ally Shinra, and that insulting the leader of the IPCF would be unwise in the interest of negotiations.*
Mart: That's unfortunate. I was hoping to see Mr. Kooploz in person.
Doug Moblinn: Shall we head to the negotiating table?
King Guardia XXXIII: After you. I'm still a bit weary after the bombing...
*Meanwhile, the pilot of the Mart Express- a certain Uber Urchin- watches the five major leaders leave, and flicks a cigarette onto the floor. He then reenters the ship and extends his hand to some characters obscured by the smoke.*
Uber Urchin: That'll be 420 Zenny.

Cole: So, how about we get you two outfitted with some Penske gear at the merch trailers right over there?
