well its the same thing with the hookshot in TP in a way.....you alredy have 1, but why do you need another?
like shure, the boomerang starts to get useless after a while, but hey, it was useful while it lasted! and its still one of my faveorit items.you need it to do things that maybe, you cant do without it. so you might still need it.
ps:if it was any boomerand in SS it would be the gale boomerang...cuz it just makes sense....
