Biggest "oops" moments

Thread title. Presumably everybody has moments where they completely screw something up, sometimes in a humorous way, and sometimes it's not so funny. What's some of yours?
For me, one at the top was several years ago when I was playing Animal Crossing for the 3ds. I had a loan to pay off, so I took a boat to Kappn's Island. Spent several hours fishing, eventually managed to stuff my pockets and the post box with different types of sharks. I went to go press home and check something out on my 3ds (battery, presumably) aaaand promptly pressed the power button. This was before I saved.

a few years ago I tried to swat a fly that was in my room...I ended up swatting my laptop screen

I've thrown a whole bog roll into the toilet. Wasn't thinking straight and instead of putting it on the holder I just tossed it directly into the bowl.

I have also thrown many things into the bin without removing the package and taking the item out first.
