That's why you shrink the image. As it is, it looks like it's been enlarged, except for Gir's head.

Also, I would rather use Nyan Chu.

I used to have a version of photoshop that had a nifty gif-editing thing, so I imagine that could have been used to manually re-size a gif frame-by-frame. My computer has gone splodey multiple times since then, though, so I no longer possess gif magic.

Paint is ambiguous. The program is technically called MS Paint.
