If I were in charge of choosing her voice acting, I would get someone who sounds very, very similar to Navi and have her say very, very similar things. Instead of "Hey! Listen!" in that very high pitched voice, perhaps "Hello! Hear me!" in a slightly lower voice.

Behavior like, I don't think she'll have much of an opinion as to what you're doing. More like a guardian spirit, monitoring your health, analysing your items. So I don't mean physically, a robot, more like behavioral based on her dialogue and appearance.
