Ash's Pikachu is the biggest cheat ever so yeah.

Well, last I checked Ash's Pikachu was only about Level 50+. With that said, I think Sub-Zero could beat Ash's Pikachu in a fight. Perhaps if his Pikachu was upwards to Level 100, Sub-Zero would clearly have a much more difficult opponent on his hands. But that's not the case; therefore, it's not a problem.

That being said, if Pikachu had Ash, then Ash could just use an Ice Heal on Pikachu whenever it got frozen, and then it would just electrocute Sub Zero, and the shock would (realistically) kill him.

If Pikachu was alone, then it would have to move faster than Sub Zero in order to get a hit on him.
