I've long sincd stopped following TV. I just wait for the full thing to be on Netflix of DVD and just binge watch them.
In recent years Doctor Who was the only show I've followed and been excited for.
However the writing fell off a cliff during Capaldi's era and what the show is doing now with Jodie is just not my cup of tea so I've given up on it entirely now.

Game of thrones. I had the good fortune to not get into it until later on so I watched a few seasons back to back on DVD but now to avoid spoilers and be in on the latest memes I must watch the show as soon as it comes out. Apart from that I just watch Netflix where whole seasons at a time are released.
After Russell T Davies and Tennant left more like. That show hasn't been good since season 4. I did watch some of the new episodes to see if I liked it again but I found the Jodie episodes to be dull.
There are no live action shows I care enough for not to miss. If we're including anime, then I always kept up with Dragon Ball Super and My Hero Academia on a weekly basis after getting into them.
