General Modern Ambassadors Program; Minish Cap

As an ambassador when I received MC I was very excited, as I had never played it before, but the game is seriously broken. This has happened on both my files where the game will not let me get past the part where you return the books. Did anyone else have this problem? (Sorry if this is in the wrong forum)

I just played through the whole game and it was fine. There is a glitch with the 4th bottle and the goron but thats in the original game soooo no problem with mine

Well I own the GBA version and I never had a problem with it, so maybe it's a 3DS thing.
