Electro Attacks!

Tensions are high today after the sudden murder of mafioso Nicholas "Lucky" Lewis, Sr.—also known as "Crime-Master" or Killjoy—and they have now grown even higher. Tragically, a Roxxon Energy Corporation power plant on the west side of town exploded earlier today in what local news reports are calling a terrorist attack. The Bugle is receiving reports left and right that the culprit for the attack is “some flying electric guy” and we have just the scoop to confirm that is it true! According to our extremely reliable mod-confirmed sources, Storm—a mostly unknown electrical lineman named Maxwell "Max" Dillon—is responsible, has become Supervillain-aligned, and is now going by the moniker Electro!

Storm is most notable prior to today for taking out the power at the Daily Bugle yesterday and attempting to extort us for a sum of $42,069. Upon failing to gather the requisite money, he was given $5,000 under the table in exchange for restoring power, during which time he ransacked our building for information. He promised to not reveal any of our information if we didn't reveal anything about him, but he's already proved to be dangerous both with information and with the lives of others, so tensions are high.

This so-called "Electro" is the culprit both in the not-so-tragic death of Killjoy as well as the much more tragic power plant explosion.

Max Dillon seems to be primarily motivated by money and his attempts to pay for child support and rent, hold onto his job, and maintain visitation rights with his daughter are all contributing factors to what appears to be a move towards a life of superhuman crime.

Storm is a veteran and active role-player and defeating him in a Fight could prove to be a challenge for any would-be Superhero who seeks to do so.

We urge citizens to travel safely as you go about your day. These are dangerous times for us all. Some citizens embrace his open crime spree, while others hope for a hero who can take down this monstrous rapscallion and save the beautiful people of New York City!
