Skyward Sword All Bosses in Boss Gauntlet??

The last one that appears is the 3rd battle with The Imprisoned. How do I get the other 2 battles to be available??? Are they only available in Hero Mode??? I've beaten the game but I haven't started Hero Mode yet.

I'm pretty sure that you should be able to fight the first 11 bosses on your first playthrough. Maybe you didn't save between the final two bosses and that's why the second last doesn't appear (I'm pretty sure you must do this to get this fight on the first playthrough). I do know that you can't fight all 12 until hero mode though, sorry.

The last 3 only are available in Hero Mode, yes.

All bosses are available except Demise in standard playthrough; final boss is only available on Hero Mode playthroughs. The requirement to fight Ghirahim III is to actually have defeated him first, then return to Thunder Dragon to fight him.
