Fi takes so long to go into sprint mode and till that moment she is so slow, really awful. Ganondorf OoT style is my fave to play as, but Link and Sheik are also ace.

Loving Ganondorf, though his attacks are slow enough to be broken into... damn aerialfos. Link is just the all round destruction boat. Only realizing that Sheik is a Powerhouse.
But once again Zelda can be a giant murderforce on her own. Really didn't like her at first but now i like her not as much as link but still quite a fair bit.

I finally murdered the Impa level (with the two armies) and am beginning to like her more and more. I failed to A rank that level about 10 times in a row before just getting the A level. After that I realized I had to uncover the secret before A ranking to get the reward (I know derp, but didn't understand the search mechanics at that point). Now I did it in about 10 minutes :) and got my reward.

Question for you guys, do you have to uncover a secret with the compass before using the correct item or can you use the item if you know where it is?

The compass is there for the times you don't know where it is ^^ You can also tell how many secrets there are on the map in total, by how many item cards there are.

Easy solution. Do a dodge while moving and keep moving and holding the A button down. Right after the dodge you'll sprint. Works for all characters.
Fi can also move while attacking like no other character can.

A response to your comment is in spoiler tags as it is a spoiler but if you want to read it go ahead.
If you have played Zelda 1 first quest, then you know where all of the adventure mode secrets are, they are in the same locations. The water bomb, harp and ice arrow are not from Zelda 1 but it's plain to see where to use those.

Actually from what i have read there are two or three secrets that have been changed. one is one tile over but others have changed completely. A tree that can't be burnt where in the original it could.

I'll look into that and see if I can spot these differences. Thanks for the pro tip. (when I am well enough to do so as I am pretty sick now, should be end of the week or early next week)

I moderately like it... Could have been better. Too much redundancy with levels having 2 or 3 Manhandla's or Gohma's on the map. At higher levels, and depending on the character you have, I find these too be quite tedious and repetitive.

*shudders* Blasted Manhandla the only boss to be so confusing ^^ I loathe the beat *** in ten mins stages. Easy enough but then they throw in the giant bosses again not so bad but then they add enemy characters Very frustrating when you are running around the stag racking up the KO's and you have Link or Lana chasing after as well as two manhandla Very frustrating on the smaller maps.

My god, just got a 6 slot 336 power 8-bit wooden sword. Best weapon drop I had so far. Got it in the adventure mode level where you are locked to Zelda and have to battle Cia at the end.

So far i only need to unlock the following weapons:

Link's level 3 great fairy (which i can't reach until i cleared zelda's level 3 baton)
Aghita's level 3 parasol (need to level up)
Ruto's level 3 scale (need to level up)

As for skulltula hunting, i got only 30 or something.

Upper middle side of the map

How do the levels work on the weapons? Are they just better weapons you get?
Basicly yes. Lets take Link's fire rod for example:
Fire rod would be lv.1
Prism rod would be lv.2
Magical rod would be lv.3
