Act 1 Of Spiderman Episode 1

Hey everyone over the past few days I've been working on a spiderman script, I just finished Act 1 and I was wondering if you'd be willing to leave and feedback on what I have so far. Tell me what you think of the characters so far and what you think needs to be changed about them, and tell me what you think about the dialogue and if possible give specifics quotes for dialogue that needs to be changed.

i explained in the chat but let me put it here as well

Explanation: it's something that I was taught to do when writing scripts so it's something that i'll do unconsciously and when something isn't capitalized it bugs me, I guess I gotta break the habit
