A thread about the PS5

Did you get a PS5? Did you get a pre-order for a PS5 and haven't gotten the console yet? Did you miss a pre-order? What games are you excited for?

I managed to get a launch day PS5 myself, and enjoyed the heck out of Miles Morales.

See me in 5 years when the PS6 is coming out, I will probably be able to afford one then.

I'll keep an eye out for the next Naughty Dog game and maybe buy one then. I think the PS5 is more enticing to me than the PS4 was at launch simply because it has backwards compatibility with almost all PS4 games.

the only things that would have me seek one out immediately are a new jak and daxter, metal gear, or ape escape game [no remakes], and they'd have to look very promising

but none are likely to happen anytime soon, so I'll just wait until it builds up a good library until I look at it, but it definitely needs a slim model since I have no room for a ps5 as is
